Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Please contact us to buy any of our products. We accept credit and debit card payment.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Goods remain the property of Enistic Limited until paid for in full.
Shipping And Handling
All dispatches are subject to a delivery charge. Our normal charges are:
- £7.50 + VAT for UK orders up to £1,000
- £15.00 + VAT for UK orders of between £1,000 and £2,000
- For all other orders we will obtain a quotation for shipping and add 10% to this cost for administration purposes. Because of the volume of business we do, we have good realtionships and special arrangements with both bulk carriers and international courier companies.
Our courier companies tend to come to the office each day at 3PM UK time to collect our outbound parcels. If your order can be processed in time for this cut-off then it is likely to be shipped same day, otherwise it will be sent at the next available time.
Shipping around busy periods such as Christmas and holidays is always a problem and you should allow extra time. This is not due to problems in our procedures, but the overloaded nature of the courier nextworks.
Delivery Schedule
Where possible, we deliver your order right away. Depending on the delivery option you choose it can be with you the following business day.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or from the EU without a valid tax reference number ("VAT number") 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If you are based outside the UK but inside the EU and have a valid VAT number we can ship to you VAT free so long as this number is given to us and verified before we dispatch.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a one year repair or replacment guarantee.
Privacy Policy
Enistic do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:
- Take and fulfill customer orders
- Administer and enhance the site and service
- Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
- If in the unusal event you wish to return your purchase then you can do so within 30 days - no quibble.
- Outside of this period we garauntee our products for 12 months repair or replacement.
- No goods will be accepted back without a confirmed RMA number from ourselves.
- The cost of returning either faulty or non required items is not covered by the guarantee.
- If you wish to return an item back to us you must email support@Enistic.com
- requesting an RMA number advising us the order number, item you wish to return and the reason behind the request.
- The request will be validated and you will be emailed by return details within 1 working day of your request.
